“Technology enablers for future supply chain trends and challenges / DKV case”

Technology is one of the most important enablers for optimising your future supply
chain. Due to globalisation, regulation and outsourcing, the need for transparency,
flexibility and tracebility increases every day. This means that there is also a need
for the right information at the right time in the right format. Followed by DKV –
hospitals case that show evidence on how ROI can be reached.
Software and practices create business advantage, allow you to focus on your
business and customers instead of admin processing. Fast, controlled and easy
online ordering and billing will generate a lower cost ratio/file. Structured
information exchange without losses or doubles, avoids time consuming correction
of mistakes. Online insight in payment status will give you the ability for closer
follow up of the billing.

Sprekers:
Cindy Cauwenbergh, Brain² Business Development, is na jarenlange ervaring in
telecom, verantwoordelijk voor de uitbouw van Sales en Marketing bij Brain². Het
is de bedoeling om onze unieke positie op de markt te valoriseren en aan de hand
van concrete cases de ROI aan te tonen van electronische communicatie doorheen
de volledige cyclus van order tot factuur en van automatisatie van de supply chain.
Benoît Docquier, DKV Medi-card Manager, is binnen DKV verantwoordelijk voor
de contacten en roll out van het automatisatie project naar de verpleeginstellingen.
In die functie zag hij al alle ziekenhuizen over het hele land.
