2001-115 EC compliant

The Montova™ platform complies with EU directive 2001-115 EC, and with national regulations. Where available, our platform has been successfully audited by international tax advisers and revisers. The EU directive allows the use of either an EDI network, or an advanced electronic signature to grant authenticity and integrity of the electronic invoices. Each national authority may adapt the EU directive according to its specific national tax regulatory needs.

Ours is the only platform to combine both methods: it offers a closed and secured network, where the Montova™ Gateway will act as an automated signature device, authenticating every single bit of your business messages. As such, we grant the flexibility to easily adapt to each country"s specific regulations. e-Invoicing with the Montova™ platform can be fully-integrated (machine-to-machine) or semi-integrated (machine-to-human).

All your invoices can be processed through the same flow, and automatically distributed, in your chosen format, to your business partners. They can receive your e-invoices directly through their Montova™ Gateway, the myMontova™ portal or another service provider. Your e-invoices will be archived in our secured data center, where they are available for on-line viewing in a human readable format. We also provide WORM (Write Once Read Many) media of your invoices. The specific features of the Montova™ platform guarantee data authenticity and integrity through the whole communication process and during the legal retention period.
